At Geepas, we stand behind the quality of our home appliances and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Geepas account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the appliance is placed in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
